Why Your Waist Measurement Matters

There are many indications of health and wellness. Individuals who have a healthy waist measurement, are at a lower risk for metabolic diseases (such as diabetes), and heart disease. Therefore, this week Mint Nutrition Clinic is focusing on this important topic.

Eating healthy and counting calories, can help you lose weight and reduce your waistline. We recommend eating according to the Canada's Food Guide. Also, there is no one exercise that can help you reduce your waistline.
