PAYMENT

Mint Nutrition Clinic offers fast, easy, and secure checkout procedures.  All payments are due at the end of the session (before patients exit), using our fully secured SHOPIFY payment gateway system. Upon successful completion of your payment you will receive a payment invoice for the total amount paid, and a dated insurance invoice for the rendered session.

Mint Nutrition Clinic uses SHOPIFY POS which is secured and safe.

Mint Nutrition Clinic accepts:  VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, VISA Debit, Discover, Diners Club, and *e-transfer, and cheques.

*If paying by e-transfer, please confirm the total amount due and send transfer to info@mintnutritionclinic.com.  Please notify the clinic of the password in a separate email or phone call.

*If paying by cheque, please make it out to "Mint Nutrition Clinic". This can be sent to the clinic's office at 2300 Yonge street, suite 1600, Toronto, Ontario, M4P 1E4

**In the event of a client no-show, the appointment will be rendered as used, and no insurance invoice can be provided if the client does not attend the appointment.
