Lyndsay Lang RD - Licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Lyndsay is a Registered Dietitian who is fully licensed with the College of Dietitians of Ontario and is an active member of Dietitians of Canada. Lyndsay is passionate about providing evidenced-based information and specific nutrition care plans to empower clients to make informed decisions about their health and transform their lives with food and nutrition.

Lyndsay received a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Acadia University. She then obtained her Diploma in Dietetic Education and Practical Training at Brescia University College where she also completed her accredited dietetic practicum with placements at Compass Canada, North Peel Family Health Team, Health Communication Lab, St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton and Trillium Health Partners.

Lyndsay has spent time in outpatient counselling, acute care and ICU/critical care settings. She has experience working with clients with various nutrition related conditions including renal disease, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, gastrointestinal diseases and food allergies and intolerances. Lyndsay has also participated in practice-based research relating to health literacy and improving the client-clinician communication experience.

Lyndsay is committed to using an all foods fit approach to help her clients make long-lasting sustainable changes, while still being able to enjoy the foods they love. In her free time she enjoys being in the kitchen cooking, baking up new recipes, and spending time with her family and 2 kitties.


Elyse Girouard RD, MAN - Licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Elyse is a fully Licensed Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of Ontario and is an active member of Dietitians of Canada. Elyse prioritizes evidence-based care and implements motivational interviewing techniques to better equip clients to achieve their health and nutrition goals.

After studying at Memorial University of Newfoundland for three years, Elyse moved on to Acadia University in Nova Scotia to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition (Dietetics Option). She then received a Master of Applied Nutrition degree from the University of Guelph while simultaneously completing her dietetic practicum with placements at the Guelph Community Health Centre, Hospitality Services at the University of Guelph, and various clinical rotations at hospitals throughout New Brunswick.

Elyse began her dietetic career in British Columbia where she worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings in multiple hospitals including Vancouver General Hospital. Elyse has worked in neurology, liver, lung and kidney transplant, emergency medicine, cardiology, outpatient diabetes and internal medicine and has worked with patients who have experienced stroke, renal disease (including peritoneal and hemodialysis), liver disease, HIV/AIDS, cancers, ALS as well as a variety of chronic health conditions including high blood pressure and dyslipidemia, among others.

Elyse’s goal is to provide individualized client-centred care to empower clients to make lifelong lifestyle changes while staying true to their cultural connection to food. In her spare time, Elyse volunteers with the Canadian Celiac Association, travels, and relaxes with a book or movie.


Prianka Rode RD - Licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Prianka is a Registered Dietitian who is dedicated to improving the health, well-being, and satisfaction of her clients through individualized counselling and comprehensive nutrition plans.

She completed her Bachelor of Applied Science with Distinction in Applied Human Nutrition at the University of Guelph, then obtained her Diploma in Dietetic Education and Practical Training at Brescia University College. She completed her practical dietetic training with Hamilton Health Sciences at various sites including McMaster Children’s Hospital, St. Peter’s Hospital, and Hamilton Public Health.

Prianka completed her practical training with a focus in paediatric nutrition, but has experience working with clients of all ages and with various health conditions including type 1 and 2 diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, malnutrition, and cystic fibrosis. She also has experience leading practice-based research in community food literacy and food accessibility.

Prianka is passionate about sharing nutrition knowledge with others through one-on-one counselling and group education sessions. She works closely with clients to achieve their nutrition goals and values the importance of client-centred care and treating others with compassion and respect.

Prianka is registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario and is an active member of Dietitians of Canada.


Gabrielle Deveaux RD - Licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Gabrielle is a dedicated Registered Dietitian who is passionate about helping others through improving their health and quality of life, with the power of nutrition.

She obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Human Nutrition at the University of Guelph, then pursued her accredited dietetic internship training at St. Michael’s Hospital in partnership with Ryerson University to obtain a Professional Masters Diploma in Dietetics (PMDip).
She has well-rounded experience in various areas of dietetics, collaborating with medical teams to provide comprehensive nutritional care to diverse patient populations. Gabrielle has specialized training in gastroenterology, diabetes, kidney disease, paediatrics, heart disease and weight loss counselling. She has shared her wealth of nutrition knowledge by providing one-on-one counselling, cooking demonstrations, group education classes, and by conducting a clinical research study about malnutrition screening.
Gabrielle brings an evidence-based, client-centred approach to Mint Nutrition Clinic, working collaboratively with clients to achieve their individual nutrition goals. Her personalized treatment plans focus on developing a positive relationship with food and making sustainable behaviour changes to create a well-balanced lifestyle.

She is currently licensed with the College of Dietitians of Ontario and is an active member of the Dietitians of Canada.


Avish Hosseini - General Manager

Avish Hosseini (BaSC Food and Nutrition) is the General Manager at Mint Nutrition Clinic. Her focus is on ensuring the highest level of client care and success at the clinic.

In the field of food and nutrition Avish has worked with many prominent Registered Dietitians, and has gained a wealth of knowledge around client care, customer service, and team building.
