• BUDGET FOR REGISTERED DIETITIAN SERVICES WITHIN THE INSURANCE POLICY
• PER SESSION CAP
• ASSISTANCE WITH CLAIMS
• ETC.

THE FOLLOWING INSURANCE COMPANIES FREQUENTLY ACCEPT PATIENT INSURANCE CLAIMS FROM MINT NUTRITION CLINIC:

• GREENSHIELD
• DESJARDINS
• MEDAVIE BLUE CROSS
• CANADA LIFE
• ETC.

Please contact your individual insurance provider to ensure your coverage prior to attending clinic sessions. The clinic does not offer direct billing, but the services are covered for patients who have adequate "Registered Dietitian" coverage within their specific policy.

All patients will receive a valid 'Paid Insurance Invoice' after each session has been paid / rendered as used, per legal requirements in Ontario. This insurance invoice includes all of the information required for the insurance company to process the claim.
