• PER SESSION CAPS
• ASSISTANCE WITH CLAIMS
• ETC.

Please contact your individual insurance provider to ensure your coverage prior to attending your sessions. The clinic does not offer direct billing.

All patients will receive a valid insurance invoice after each session has been paid / rendered as used, per requirements. This invoice includes all of the information required for the insurance company to process the claim.
